Delete my data

Email privacy@beezila.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm your identity, then remove your account and its data within 30 days.

What gets deleted:

• Your user account and organisation membership
• Your WhatsApp connection, including the encrypted access token
• Contacts, conversations, messages and stored media
• Bot flows, templates, broadcasts and their results

Before you go, you can export your contacts to CSV from the Contacts page. Once deletion runs, we cannot recover any of it.

Your conversation belongs to that business, not to us — they decide what happens to it, and we only hold it on their behalf. Contact them directly and they can delete you from their contacts.

To stop receiving messages immediately, reply STOP to any message from them. That places your number on a suppression list that no import, audience or broadcast can override, and it takes effect straight away.

If you cannot reach the business, write to us with the number you messaged from and we will route the request to them.

If you opt out, we retain a record that your number opted out, even after the rest of your data is deleted. Deleting the record of a “stop” request is what would allow you to be messaged again by a later import — keeping it is what makes the opt-out permanent.

We may also retain records where the law requires it, for as long as it requires.

If you connected through Facebook, removing Beezila from your Facebook account settings sends us an automated deletion request and returns a confirmation code. That disconnects the integration. It does not by itself close a Beezila subscription — email us if you want the account closed too.
