Most tools take your number away from you.
Connecting a number to the WhatsApp API normally kills the Business app on it. Some tools go further and rent you a number that lives inside their account — leave, and you lose the number, the history and the sender reputation you spent months building.
Beezila uses Coexistence. Your number stays yours, the app stays on your phone, and your team answers from a shared inbox at the same time. Reply from either side and the thread stays whole.

Live on your number today.
- 01
Connect in two minutes
Sign in with Meta, pick your business and your number, then scan one QR code from WhatsApp Business → Linked devices. Your chats and contacts sync across.
- 02
Build what answers
Drag steps onto a canvas: messages, buttons, list menus, questions that save answers, conditions, delays, and handoff to a human when it matters.
- 03
Send and see what worked
Run broadcasts to a segment, watch delivery and read rates land per step and per campaign, and let the bot pause itself the moment a person takes over.
A shared inbox, and everything that runs around it.
Shared inbox
Every conversation in one place, updating live. Assign threads, leave internal notes only your team sees, and watch the 24-hour reply window count down before you type — so you never write a message WhatsApp is about to refuse. When someone replies from their phone, the bot goes quiet automatically.
- Live via websockets
- Assignment and internal notes
- Voice notes, media and documents

Visual bot builder
Nine step types on a canvas you can actually read: message, buttons, list menu, link button, question, condition, action, delay and handoff. Every card shows how many people it reached and how many read it, so a flow that leaks tells you exactly where.
- Per-step reach and read counts
- No-reply follow-ups per step
- Test against a real contact

Broadcasts that respect consent
Build an audience from tags, stages and activity, map template variables to contact fields, then schedule it. The audience is resolved when it sends, not when you write it — so anyone who opts out in between is dropped without you doing anything.
- Opted-out contacts cannot be targeted
- Warns when you exceed your daily tier
- Delivered, read and reply rates per campaign

Not a roadmap — this is what ships the moment you connect a number.
Coexistence connect
Keep the WhatsApp Business app on your phone. Two minutes, one QR scan.
Shared team inbox
Assign threads, leave internal notes, see who is handling what.
24-hour window timer
A live countdown on every thread, so you never write a message Meta will refuse.
Visual bot builder
Nine step types on a canvas, with branch-by-branch routing.
Per-step analytics
Sent and read counts on every card — find the exact step a flow leaks at.
No-reply follow-ups
Chase silence automatically, cancelled the moment they answer.
Keyword conflict alerts
Two live bots claiming the same word is flagged before it silently breaks.
Template studio
Write, validate and submit to Meta, with the approval rules checked as you type.
Recategorisation alerts
Meta silently moves templates between categories. You find out here, not on the bill.
Segmented broadcasts
Tags, stages, activity windows — with the reachable count updating live.
Scheduling
Queue a send for later; the audience resolves at send time, not when you wrote it.
Tier-aware throttling
Respects your number’s daily limit and warns before you exceed it.
CSV import with mapping
Auto-detected columns, opt-in source required, opted-out numbers skipped.
Contact reachability
See at a glance who can be messaged now, who needs a template, and who cannot.
Ad attribution
Click-to-WhatsApp chats arrive with the ad and click id attached.
Human takeover
Reply from your phone and the bot goes quiet for that contact automatically.
Your store, talking to customers by itself.
Connect Shopify or WooCommerce and store events become WhatsApp messages, with no zaps to wire and no scripts to maintain. Built for markets where cash on delivery is the norm and a refused parcel is a real cost.
COD order confirmation
Cash-on-delivery orders confirmed with one tap before you dispatch. Fewer refused parcels, and fewer courier charges you end up eating.
Order and shipping updates
Confirmed, packed, shipped, out for delivery. Sent as utility templates, which is the cheapest category Meta bills.
Abandoned cart recovery
A checkout with no order after N minutes triggers a short, timed sequence with the cart link. Opt-in required, always.
Back-in-stock and reorder
Tell the people who asked, the moment it lands. Reorder nudges for anything consumable.

Channels — WhatsApp live, the rest in build
Commerce and tools — on the roadmap
Product names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to indicate compatibility, not endorsement.
Zero markup, on every message.
Every other platform in this category buys messaging from Meta and resells it to you at a margin. We do not resell it at all — Meta bills your own account, at Meta's own rate, and we never see the money. Our incentive is to make the software good, not to make you send more.
added to your Meta messaging bill
What a markup actually costs you.
Meta's rates are public and the same for everyone. The difference between platforms is what they add on top. Put your own volumes in.
Order updates and reminders sent inside the window are free — leave this low if most of yours are replies.
Many platforms resell Meta messaging with a margin on top. Check your invoice — it is usually a percentage above Meta's published rate.
You would save
$51.30/month
$616 a year
| Meta charges you | $257 |
| With a 20% markup platform | $308 |
| With Beezila | $257 |
Beezila adds nothing to that. Meta bills your own account directly, so the two numbers are the same by design — you pay us a flat subscription for the software.
Indicative rates, July 2026 — this market is an estimate. Meta sets and changes these; check the official rate card for your account. Service messages and utility templates inside an open 24-hour window are free and are not counted here.
How this differs from the usual WhatsApp tool.
| Beezila | Typical alternative | |
|---|---|---|
| Your WhatsApp Business app | Keeps working on the same number | Usually stops working after migration |
| Who owns the WhatsApp account | You do | Often the vendor, on a rented number |
| Message fees | Meta bills you directly, no markup | Commonly 15–20% added on top |
| Leaving the platform | Keep your number, history and rating | Rented numbers do not travel with you |
| Per-step bot analytics | Reach and read counts on every card | Rare — usually campaign totals only |
| Opt-out enforcement | Suppression list nothing can override | Typically a filter you can switch off |
“Typical alternative” describes patterns common across WhatsApp tools, including reseller and rented-number models. Vendors differ and change their terms — check the specific provider before comparing.
Built so you don't get your number banned.
Bans come from messaging people who never agreed to hear from you. The rules that prevent that are wired into the send path, not offered as settings — there is no switch to turn them off, including for us.
Opt-out is absolute
A STOP reply adds that number to a suppression list. No import, segment or broadcast can bring it back.
Marketing needs recorded consent
Marketing templates only reach contacts with a recorded opt-in and a stated source. Imports must declare where the list came from.
Credentials never touch the browser
Tokens are exchanged server-side and encrypted at rest. Meta webhooks are signature-verified before anything is processed.
Wherever customers message before they buy.
Online stores
Order confirmations, delivery updates and COD confirmation with a tap — then recover the carts that stall.
Clinics and salons
Take bookings in chat, confirm them, and send the reminder that stops no-shows.
Property and autos
Qualify enquiries automatically, route the serious ones to a human, and keep every thread in one inbox.
Education
Answer admissions questions around the clock and follow up with applicants who went quiet.
Services and agencies
Capture leads from click-to-WhatsApp ads with the ad attached, so you know which campaign paid.
Support teams
Shared inbox with assignment and notes, and a bot that deflects the repeat questions.
We don't take a cut of your messages.
WhatsApp fees are set by Meta and billed by Meta, to you, at their published rate. Beezila never sits in the middle of that. You pay a flat subscription for the software and nothing else — which means our incentive is to make the product good, not to make you send more messages.
What you pay
- Beezila subscription
- Flat monthly
- WhatsApp message fees
- Paid to Meta · 0% markup
Plans are being finalised. Create an account and you'll be first to know — early accounts keep launch pricing.
Questions people actually ask.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Beezila connects the WhatsApp Business number you already use, and the app on your phone keeps working on it. If a number is not eligible for Coexistence we will tell you before anything changes.
Will my WhatsApp Business app stop working?
No — that is the whole point of Coexistence. You and your team can answer from the app and from the Beezila inbox at the same time, and both sides see the full thread.
What is the 24-hour window?
Meta lets you send free-form messages for 24 hours after a customer messages you. Outside that window you can only send templates Meta has approved. Beezila shows the countdown everywhere it matters so you are never guessing. Replying manually from your phone is not restricted by it.
Who pays for messages?
You pay Meta directly, at Meta’s published rate. We never resell messaging or add a markup, and you keep your own payment method on your own Meta account.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes, by CSV with column mapping. You have to state where the list came from, and anyone who previously opted out is skipped automatically — whatever the file says.
What happens if I leave?
You keep the number, the WhatsApp Business Account and your history at Meta, because they were always yours. Export your contacts on the way out.
Is Instagram supported?
Not yet. Instagram DM and Messenger are in build and will land in the same shared inbox. WhatsApp is live today.
